1. General Return Policy 

 

Due to the unique, second-hand, and vintage nature of the watches sold on our website, all sales are final.

At Toki Vintage Watch, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," styling preferences, or if the watch does not fit as expected. We strongly encourage you to check the provided measurements and condition reports carefully before purchasing. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are buying a pre-owned item which may show signs of wear consistent with its age.

 

2. Damages and Issues

 

We inspect every timepiece thoroughly before shipment. However, if an error has occurred, we are here to help.

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. You may be eligible for a return or refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Item not as described: You received a different item than what was ordered.

  • Defective/Damaged: The item arrived in a damaged condition (not disclosed in the original listing description or photos) or is functionally defective upon arrival.

If you believe your order meets these criteria, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us form on the website.

  • Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery tracking confirming receipt.

  • Evidence: Please be prepared to provide photos or a video clearly showing the issue.

 

3. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to notify Toki Vintage Watch that you wish to cancel.

  • Condition: The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received: unworn (by the buyer), with all original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the cost of the item.

 

4. Refunds

 

If your return is approved (due to damage/error or EU withdrawal rights), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
