Thank you for choosing Toki Vintage Watch. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your vintage timepiece will be delivered to you.

 

1. Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Japanese national holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Shipping Origin

 

Unless specifically noted otherwise in the product description, all watches are shipped directly from Japan.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

We offer Standard and Express shipping options. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Toki Vintage Watch is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Toki Vintage Watch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • For International Customers (including EU): Please check with your local customs office to understand potential import duties before purchasing. Refusal to pay customs fees upon arrival does not constitute a valid reason for a return or refund under our policy.

 

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

 

6. Damages in Transit

 

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately via our Contact Us form so we can file a claim with the carrier.
